Our Blogger
Post by Cole

Wow, we had a great week! On Monday we started off the day with library. When we got back and worked on our persuasive writings and wow, we sure did work hard and did a good job...we are almost done. After lunch, we finished the amazing book called "The Watson's Go To Birmingham-1963" Mrs. Rollins read an extra 45 minutes so we could finish the book, but it sure was worth it!  What a great book! On Wednesday, we had an amazing gym class with Ms. Pachuta but earlier that day we started division quotients. It was so totally hard! Mrs. Rollins worked with us for two days.  Mrs. Rollins said we would not move on until we all understood and then we would move on together. Well, we finally got it and were on our way. We also got to work some more on our science and motion unit.  On Thursday we continued to read and look for the main idea in non-fiction reading. We also got to go to computer lab. Ms. Wolinsky taught us a new program called "Scratch." It is sort of like a program that you can build and make computer animation. We had a lot of fun! We also had a guest named Monica Grobin come to the fourth grade to sing and teach us about loggers in Maine history. To finish up the week we had free Team Time. We talked with Mrs. Rollins about some future project options and then we had some free time to work on "Scratch."
